Job summary

Modivcare is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients' homes in Lowell, MA. Immediate opportunities exist for those who can travel to client locations and speak Khmer, with preference for active HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, and a caregiver rewards program. Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts, plus holiday pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, meals, and mobility
• Help with daily care tasks like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
• Respect diverse client needs while maintaining professionalism
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
