Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Framingham with short shift availability. Earn up to $22/hr and participate in our Caregiver Rewards Program. You’ll provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes and enjoy weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe, welcoming home environment. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English.
• Availability to work in Framingham.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Ability to drive to and from client's home - reliable transportation required.
• Open to Home Health Aide (HHA) and Homemaker roles.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly face and steady presence for clients.
