Modivcare is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) for immediate opportunities in Newburyport, Amesbury, and surrounding areas. Earn up to $22 per hour with a new $2 travel incentive on eligible client assignments.

Proficiency in English, the ability to drive to clients’ homes, and active MA HHA certification (preferred) are required or encouraged. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, referral bonuses, caregiver rewards, flexible schedules (including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts), holiday

Qualificações

• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Ability to drive to client's home.
• Active MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly, reliable presence in the client’s daily life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
