Qualifications
- Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Genuine passion for mobile gaming (especially Supercell titles).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Valid EU passport or legal right to work in Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in customer support or gaming industry is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Deliver frontline customer service to the Russian-speaking user base of Supercell titles.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, billing inquiries, and account management concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, events, and community trends to assist players.
- Identify and escalate recurring bugs or feedback to dev/QA teams.
- Foster a positive, brand-aligned experience for players in interactions.
- Support continuous improvement of global gaming support protocols from Sofia center.
