• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) required.

• Valid EU passport to ensure relocation to Sofia.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills in fast-paced high-tech environments.
• Proactive customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to a global gamer community via email, chat, and voice.
• Maintain deep expertise in current Gaming & Esports titles to troubleshoot inquiries.
• Champion user experience by identifying recurring issues and escalating bugs to development teams.
• Manage player accounts with focus on security, verification, and fair-play standards.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, timely communication reflecting our brand identity.
• Collaborate within an international team to enhance knowledge bases and support workflows.
