Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Player Support Specialist for Supercell Games based in Bulgaria. You will provide world‑class support via chat, email and social channels, resolving technical inquiries and account issues to ensure a positive player experience.
You will represent Supercell, collaborate with teams to identify recurring issues, and stay updated on game mechanics and events. A relocation package and training are included to help you settle in Sofia.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Interest in Gaming & Esports helps performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide world‑class Arabic language support for Supercell players via chat, email, and social channels.
- Resolve technical inquiries, account concerns, and gameplay questions to ensure a top user experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Supercell with high industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring bugs and feedback trends.
- Keep up with game mechanics, updates, and community events to provide accurate assistance.
- Document all player interactions in the CRM system for reporting and analytics.
