Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Romanian-speaking Player Support Specialist to join a premier Gaming & Esports client in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role focuses on providing expert-level assistance to players via live chat, email, and tickets, handling technical queries, account management, and in-game transactions while maintaining brand voice.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
EU passport valid for Bulgaria employment.
Passion for Gaming & Esports and familiarity with modern gaming platforms.
Excellent communication with a customer-centric mindset.
Thrives in a multicultural, on-site Sofia, Bulgaria office.
Previous experience in customer service or community management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality support to gaming community members via live chat, email, and tickets in Romanian.
Assist players with technical troubleshooting, account management, and in-game transaction inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends within Gaming & Esports to provide expert guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex technical bugs or community issues.
Ensure interactions reflect the premium brand voice of our Gaming & Esports client.
Maintain understanding of game mechanics, patches, and tournament events to assist users.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the support knowledge base through player feedback.
