Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support to players via chat, email, and social channels.
- Resolve technical inquiries, account concerns, and gameplay questions to ensure a great user experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Supercell and maintain high industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring bugs and feedback trends.
- Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and community events for accurate real-time assistance.
- Document all interactions in the CRM for reporting and analysis.
