Responsibilities include handling inquiries on game mechanics, billing, and account security, acting as a brand ambassador, and staying current with patches and events.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a player-first mindset.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
• Strong command of English for internal collaboration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class technical and account support to the German-speaking Gaming & Esports community.
• Resolve complex player inquiries regarding game mechanics, billing, and account security with efficiency and empathy.
• Act as a brand ambassador for our high-profile gaming clients, maintaining professional communication standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot in-game issues, escalating critical bugs to the technical development teams.
• Engage with the community via tickets, live chat, and social channels to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest patches, gaming events, and Esports tournament schedules.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases to improve the quality of support for all German players.
