Job summary

Work alongside a small hospital-employed pediatric team in rural Northeastern Oregon. This outpatient clinic runs a 4-day week, cares for about 15–20 patients daily, and uses EPIC with scribe support to keep care personal and efficient.

New graduates are welcome. Benefits include a $40,000 sign-on/relocation, RVU and quality incentives, student loan assistance, CME funds, 401(k) with match, full malpractice and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible)
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate pediatric care
• Interest in rural/community-based practice

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive pediatrics in outpatient clinic
• See about 15–20 patients per day with dedicated staff support
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with other physicians
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for higher patient loads
• Collaborate with behavioral health, lab staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Build long-term relationships with families in rural community
