Talent With Heart in Northeastern Oregon is seeking a compassionate Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed team of four physicians and one nurse practitioner in a rural outpatient clinic.

You will provide primary care, preventive visits, and acute illness management with 15–20 patients per day, in a 4-day schedule, with scribe support, EPIC EHR, and onsite behavioral health collaboration. A $40,000 sign-on/relocation incentive, loan assistance, CME stipend, and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active Oregon medical license or eligible for credentialing.
• Commitment to high-quality pediatric care in a rural setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive visits for pediatric patients in outpatient clinic.
• Manage acute illnesses with 15–20 patients per day with dedicated staff support.
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with four physicians.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, laboratory staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for high-volume days.
• Foster long-term relationships with children and families in the rural community.
