United Future in Northeastern Oregon seeks a Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed, outpatient team of 4 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner. This permanent, full-time role offers four 10-hour days, rural practice, and a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will provide primary pediatric care in an outpatient clinic, see about 15–20 patients daily with scribe support, participate in a 1:4 call rotation, and work with behavioral health, lab staff, and care teams.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active Oregon medical license or eligible for immediate credentialing.
• Experience in outpatient pediatric care is preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive health visits, and acute illness management for pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
• See an average of 15–20 patients per day with dedicated medical support staff.
• Participate in a manageable 1:4 call rotation with four physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for clinicians seeing 15+ patients per day.
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, laboratory staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in a rural community.
