Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a Pediatrician for a hospital-employed outpatient role in rural Northeastern Oregon. The position offers a meaningful work-life balance with a predictable four-day work week and dedicated medical scribes.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for immediate credentialing).
• Interest in practicing in a rural, community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive pediatrics in outpatient clinic.
• See 15–20 patients per day with dedicated support staff.
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation with four physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for high-patient load.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, labs, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in rural community.
