Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Grant Project Manager to provide leadership for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing rural health transformation projects funded by grants. This role focuses on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources while building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will develop detailed project plans, mitigate delays, and prepare templates and materials in collaboration with clinical leaders to support RHTP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, public health, finance, communication, or related field.
• One to three years of Project Management in Community Health and/or clinic/hospital setting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership for planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of rural health transformation projects funded by grants.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and resources; build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate project meetings and reporting to hospital leadership and stakeholders; operationalize system reporting for risk status.
• Coordinate information from project team members to support operational decision-making.
• Prepare templates, workflow maps, and materials for rural health transformation projects with clinical leaders.
• Maintain timely communication with stakeholders; act as point of contact for RHTP projects.
• Oversee preparation and submission of grant and program reports with hospital and philanthropy leaders.
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including nonprofits and faith-based organizations.
