Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years leading complex projects or programs.
• Advanced experience with project scheduling and risk management.
• Experience using enterprise PM tools; Smartsheet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and coordination of complex program activities across funding pathways.
• Design and manage integrated project frameworks, schedules and tracking.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and executive reporting.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
