Job summary

White River Health System in Batesville, AR is seeking a Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution of WRH-funded awards across RHTP initiatives and future cycles. You will ensure scope, timelines, budgets and reporting are met, coordinating with the Quality and Safety Office, Finance, and partner sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare administration, public health, business, nursing or related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience handling multiple projects.
• Experience managing or supporting government-funded grants with budgets and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project tracking tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to WRH facilities and partner sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a project plan for each RHTP award with milestones, owners, deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate work across WRH hospitals, clinics, departments and external partners.
• Schedule and run project team meetings; prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for the RHTP Coordinator, executive sponsor and leadership.
• Ensure grant terms and rules, including 2 CFR Part 200, are followed and reports submitted on time.
• Monitor subreceipients, including subaward agreements, deliverables and invoices.
• Track spending against budgets with Finance and Accounting; support drawdown and reimbursements.
• Define and report project measures and outcomes; validate data with Quality and data owners.
