Job summary

Mount Desert Island Hospital seeks a Project Manager for the Rural Healthcare Transformation Program (RHTP) to lead a portfolio of multi-year projects funded by Maine DHHS. You will manage deliverables, budgets, reconciliations and resources, coordinating with senior leaders and the RHTP Steering Committee to keep awards on time and within budget.

The role is full-time and grant-funded, with potential for continuation based on funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, public administration, finance or related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH or MPA) preferred.
• PMP or similar designation preferred.
• Grants management certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deliverables, budgets, reconciliations and resources for each project and year.
• Coordinate with Senior Leadership Team and RHTP Steering Committee to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Occasional travel to MDIH sites and state meetings.
