Job summary

Porch Light Health seeks a dedicated RHTP Project Lead to guide the Rural Health Transformation Program, oversee a $6.6M Year 1 budget, and coordinate sites, partners, and internal teams to meet commitments. The role reports to executives, with strong project management and clear communication required for success.

Note: residency in Colorado is required for hybrid work. The position involves regular site collaboration, budgets, milestones, and leadership updates, with travel to partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of project or program management experience, including managing complex, multi-partner, or multi-site initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing a project budget and work plan at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with directors and executive-level leaders.
• Experience tracking milestones and outcomes and producing program reports for funders or leadership.
• Experience coordinating across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency with project management tools (such as Monday, Asana, etc.), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope, timeline, and work plan for the RHTP award.
• Translate award requirements and commitments into project plans, workstreams, owners, and deadlines.
• Lead regular project meetings and maintain a current, single view of project status for leadership.
• Manage scope and change, escalating decisions that affect deliverables, budget, or timeline.
• Review and approve program expenditures within the approved work plan and budget.
• Track planned versus actual spending and spend-down, flag variances early to leadership.
• Coordinate project sites and partners, clarifying roles, expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support partner onboarding and agreements, and conduct regular check-ins and subrecipient monitoring.
• Travel to sites and partner locations as needed to support implementation.
• Communicate regularly with directors and executive leadership, preparing concise updates, dashboards, and briefings.
