Job summary

Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking a Project Manager to lead rural access and care coordination initiatives under RHT 6.2 and CCBHC Bridge Funding. You will translate grant scope into actionable implementation plans, align internal teams, vendors, and community partners, and monitor milestones within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, social services, organizational leadership, information systems, project management, or a related field required.
• Master degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an integrated grant implementation plan with milestones, owners, dependencies, RACI assignments, budgets, and evidence of completion.
• Coordinate project governance and provide routine status updates to executive leadership.
• Manage the project life cycle from initiation and planning through implementation, operational transition, annual renewal activities, and grant closeout.
• Maintain current project documentation, including scope statements, schedules, action logs, decision logs, risk and issue registers, change-control records, meeting documentation, and deliverable evidence.
• Coordinate governance with contractors, consultants, vendors, and community partners to ensure alignment with grant scope and deliverables.
