Job summary

Signature Aviation's West Palm Beach terminal seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional guest care while performing aircraft ground services. You will operate ground support equipment, coordinate with teams, and ensure safety and service quality in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

You will adapt to night/weekend shifts, maintain professional guest interactions, and uphold strict safety and security procedures across operations behind the scenes and on the ramp.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid state driver's license; CDL may be required locally.
• Able to pass company background checks and airport background check.
• Preferred: 3–6 months aviation or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; raise safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icers, GPU, tugs, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; assist guests with transport to vehicles or aircraft.
• Maintain professional guest service and a positive, helpful attitude at all times.
