Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to lead guest-focused service at our private aviation terminal. You will combine hospitality with hands-on ground operations, ensuring a seamless experience from wheels down to wheels up.

In this role you’ll operate ground service equipment, coordinate with teams and guests, drive shuttle as needed, maintain safety and clean ramps, and uphold security protocols while documenting activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass airport background checks and obtain security badge.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground services and operate ground service equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Collaborate with team, guests, clients, and aircraft crew to meet service needs.
• Proactively prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and report safety concerns.
• Provide professional guest service and safe transportation when driving shuttle.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and related documentation.
• Fuel handling, quality control, inventory, and related documentation.
• Follow security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Create accurate records of time worked and services performed.
