Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver seamless, hospitality-driven service at our private aviation terminal. You will blend guest care with hands-on ground support, ensuring a first-class experience from wheels down to wheels up.

Role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and comfort working outdoors around active aircraft. You’ll drive ground service equipment and coordinate with teams to meet service needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background checks.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Safely conduct airside operations per SOPs and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft teams to meet service needs.
• Identify open tasks, address safety concerns, and maintain secure ramps and operations.
• Operate ground service equipment and assist with fueling, de-icing, water, and catering as needed.
• Provide professional guest service and safe transportation when shuttling guests.
