Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to be the face of our private aviation terminal, delivering a seamless, personalized guest experience from wheels down to wheels up.

The role combines hospitality with hands-on operations, including ground service, fueling, de-icing, and coordinating with crew and vendors. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and outdoor conditions is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education and/or Experience: GED, 18+ years old, able to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Excellent vision and coordination for aircraft movements and fuel inspection.

Responsibilities

• Operate ground service equipment and conduct airside operations per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and address safety concerns with stakeholders.
• Provide professional guest service and safe, courteous transportation when needed.
• Maintain clean and secure ramps and operations; manage fuel handling and documentation.
• Follow emergency procedures and security protocols as dictated by Signature Aviation.
