Job summary

Signature Aviation's Airside Experience Specialist role places you at the forefront of our private aviation terminal, delivering a seamless, personalized welcome for guests, crew and aircraft from wheels down to wheels up.

You will operate ground service equipment and coordinate fueling, de-icing, power, water and catering services while maintaining a service-first mindset in all guest interactions, outdoors around active aircraft, in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work.
• Able to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Valid state driver's license; CDL may be required locally.
• Excellent vision and coordination for aircraft movements.
• Preferred aviation or customer service experience (3–6 months).

Responsibilities

• Assist with ground services and operate ground service equipment.
• Provide hospitality with a service-first mindset to guests and crew.
• Coordinate fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, water services, and baggage.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and report any safety concerns.
• Follow security and emergency procedures and create accurate time/activity records.
