Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to blend hospitality with hands-on operational support in our private aviation terminal. You will greet guests, crew, and aircraft with a service-first mindset from wheels down to wheels up.

You will operate ground service equipment and coordinate fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, and catering services while maintaining safety and a welcoming environment in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests; airport badge required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Ability to pass color vision test for aviation fuel inspection.

Responsibilities

• Safely conduct airside operations according to SOPs and policies.
• Coordinate fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, catering, and towing services.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GP units, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; assist guests and aircraft crews.
• Provide professional guest service and safe transportation; maintain clean ramps.
• Record time worked and services performed; follow emergency procedures.
