Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to serve as the face of our private aviation terminal, delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for guests, crew, and aircraft. The role blends hospitality with hands-on ground services to ensure guests feel cared for from wheels down to wheels up.

The position requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work outdoors around active aircraft in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and airport security requirements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Good vision and coordination for aircraft movement; color vision test may be required.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Coordinate with guests, aircraft crew, vendors, and team members to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, potable water, parking, marshalling, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and report safety concerns immediately.
• Operate ground service equipment like fuel trucks and tugs.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; assist with guest and vehicle transportation.
• Provide professional, friendly guest service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
