Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to be the face of our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on aircraft ground services, ensuring guests feel welcome from wheels down to wheels up.

The role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work outdoors around active aircraft in varying weather conditions. Join a luxury aviation team delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Must be legally eligible to work.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.

Responsibilities

• Operate and guide ground service equipment safely.
• Coordinate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft for services.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and address safety concerns.
• Provide friendly guest service and safe transportation when needed.
• Maintain clean, safe ramps and perform fueling/de-icing tasks.
• Follow all safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Record accurate time worked and services performed.
