GALLO, a family-owned leader in wine, beer and RTD beverages, seeks a Sales Account Specialist Lead in San Diego. Lead the RTD/Beer portfolio with retailers and on-premise customers, guiding a team of Sales Account Specialists to strengthen relationships and drive distribution across key markets.

You’ll coach the field, perform sales calls, and use compelling brand stories and activations to boost shelf presence and pricing execution.

Qualifikationen

• What You'll Need includes a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Gallo sales or distributor sales experience; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of CPG sales or restaurant/hospitality experience; OR High school diploma plus 7 years of CPG sales or restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Prior experience in alcohol beverage sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license, safe driving record and reliable vehicle.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Travel up to 80% during business.
• Lift and move product up to 50 lbs.
• Alternative schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must obtain liquor license as required.
• Travel to offices/sites for onboarding, training, meetings up to 5%.
