GALLO is seeking a Business Development Manager, RTD/Beer in Los Angeles to accelerate growth across assigned markets. You will execute strategic sales plans, deliver revenue goals, and maximize contribution by partnering with distributors and priority retail and on-premise RTD and Beer accounts.

As GALLO's market representative, you will build distributor focus, strengthen customer relationships, and turn market insights into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Gallo sales, marketing, or distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle; ability to travel up to 50% for business.
• Willing to travel and experience in alcohol beverages including tastings as part of the role.

Responsabilités

• Execute strategic sales plans and deliver revenue goals with distributors and priority RTD/Beer accounts.
• Build distributor focus and strengthen customer relationships; turn market insights into action.
• Assess performance data, develop pricing and forecasts, coordinate product launches, and ensure execution of national programs.
• Collaborate across teams and coach field sales resources as needed.
• Represent GALLO at community and industry events and travel as required.
