Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Sales Account Specialist Lead for Ready to Drink and Beer in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will lead in-market teams, build advocacy with retailers and on-premise partners, and drive distribution for GALLO’s RTD and Beer portfolio.

You will coach in-market specialists, influence programs, and deliver memorable brand experiences while aligning with GALLO's standards and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years winery or distributor sales experience, or 3 years in related sales with rising responsibility; alternatively HS diploma with 7+ years in wine/brand marketing.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record and reliable vehicle; MVR check may be required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Travel up to 80% by air, car, or train.
• Ability to lift and move product up to 50 lbs.
• Position may require evenings and weekends.
• Must obtain liquor license as required by state/local law.
• Travel to company offices/sites for onboarding/training up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Bring GALLO brands to life with retailers, buyers, and on-premise partners.
• Lead forward‑deployed Sales Account Specialists; set expectations and coach in market.
• Expand distribution, visibility, and recognition for RTD and Beer portfolio.
• Influence shelf, cold box, menu, POS, and pricing programs; lead activations and demonstrations.
• Use insights and data to drive market growth and execute brand stories.
