Job summary

GALLO in California seeks a Field Sales Manager to drive growth of RTD and Beer brands across Retail and On-Premise accounts. You will partner with distributors, close performance gaps, expand distribution, and identify opportunities with greatest potential.

You will use market intelligence, coach distributor teams, negotiate monthly objectives, and collaborate with commerce, customer development, and marketing. Travel up to 50%; must be 21+, valid license; no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2–3 years of CPG/distributor sales or 3+ years in CPG sales or restaurant/hospitality with increasing responsibility.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record; ability to obtain liquor license where required.
• Prior experience in alcohol beverage sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for business.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Gallo RTD and Beer brands across Retail and On-Premise accounts.
• Partner with distributor representatives and leaders to close performance gaps and expand distribution.
• Coach distributor teams and negotiate monthly objectives and incentives.
• Collaborate with Commerce, customer development, channel marketing, shopper marketing, sales finance, and cross-functional partners.
