Job summary

Soap Creek Resources seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, MT. You will provide comprehensive cardiopulmonary care within a supportive team and healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include ventilator management, aerosol therapies, ABG sampling, and patient education, while upholding CQI and safety standards to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active Montana license or eligibility to obtain license.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage mechanical ventilation systems and perform arterial blood gas sampling/analysis.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
