Top Echelon Software, LLC. partners with a premier Montana health system to hire a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls. The position requires collaboration with the cardiopulmonary team and adherence to high-quality standards.

You will evaluate and treat cardiopulmonary patients, perform diagnostics and therapies, and educate patients and families. Competitive benefits include a $20,000 retention bonus and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active, unrestricted Respiratory Care Practitioner license or eligibility (Montana).
• NBRC RRT credential.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Solid knowledge of respiratory care processes and equipment; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including therapies, ventilation setup/management, ABG sampling, and diagnostic testing.
• Evaluate patient clinical status, monitor responses, adjust protocols with physicians, document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies (codes/rapid responses) and provide cross-unit respiratory support.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives and hospital safety/regulatory standards.
