Sun Recruiting, Inc. is partnering with a premier Montana healthcare system to hire a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for the cardiopulmonary team in Great Falls.

The role supports evaluation, treatment, monitoring, and education for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. You will operate under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager, performing diagnostic testing, therapy administration, and critical care support while collaborating with physicians and the care team to optimize

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy.
• Active Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license or eligible; NBRC RRT credential.
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct cardiopulmonary care including ventilation, aerosol therapies, ABG sampling, and diagnostic testing.
• Conduct patient clinical evaluations, monitor treatment responses, and document outcomes.
• Respond to codes and provide critical respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
