Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join the cardiopulmonary team in Great Falls, MT. The role encompasses evaluation, treatment, and education for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager.

Responsibilities include ventilator management, diagnostic testing, patient evaluations, and coordination with physicians. A strong emphasis on CQI, safety, and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy.
• Active Montana license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• NBRC RRT credential required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage mechanical ventilation setup and monitoring.
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis; document outcomes.
• Respond to code blue and rapid response events with respiratory support.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapies.
