Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a cardiopulmonary team in Great Falls, MT. This on-site, full-time clinical role supports diagnostic testing, therapy administration, and patient education across age groups.

Under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager, you will manage ventilation, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with physicians while upholding CQI and safety standards. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and relocation options.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required/active.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and ventilation management.
• Evaluate patients, monitor responses, adjust treatment with physicians.
• Respond to code blue and rapid responses, provide critical respiratory support.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives and hospital safety guidelines.
