Job summary

Strategic Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its RPO practice, supporting a leading client while handling end-to-end recruiting. You will source proactively, review applicants, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and present top fits to hiring managers.

In a remote-first environment, you’ll learn multiple industries, build strong candidate relationships, and adapt strategies to evolving client needs while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates.
• Experience interviewing and evaluating candidates to defined requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and referrals.
• Review applicants and assess alignment with role requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate experience and fit.
• Present candidate recommendations to hiring managers with rationale.
• Maintain candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to teams.
