You will guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with client teams, and report onboarding status with high visibility. This role requires 3–5 years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid from Jacksonville, FL or Westerville, OH with remote options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
• Experience in fast-paced, creative companies strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Devise and implement hiring strategies across business areas.
• Reduce agency dependency and strengthen employer brand.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment with a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies.
• Identify and deliver cost-effective recruitment solutions.
• Source, identify, and secure key talent.
• Develop and monitor talent strategy per location.
• Support annual recruitment budget and programs.
