Strategic Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its RPO practice, supporting a leading client while handling end-to-end recruiting. You will source proactively, review applicants, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and present top fits to hiring managers.
In a remote-first environment, you’ll learn multiple industries, build strong candidate relationships, and adapt strategies to evolving client needs while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Strategic Talent Partners is a talent strategy firm that partners with organizations to execute hiring initiatives, support strategic workforce projects, and build exceptional teams.
Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice provides dedicated, embedded recruiting support that operates as an extension of our clients' Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. Engagements range from individual project-based searches to ongoing partnerships supporting multiple positions and hiring priorities.
We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing RPO practice. This person will work closely with our RPO Project Leader and STP team, with a primary focus on supporting our largest RPO client while also contributing to additional project-based engagements.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role that includes proactive sourcing, applicant review, candidate screening, candidate presentation, interview coordination, and support throughout the hiring process.
Because we operate as an extension of our clients' teams, you'll need to quickly learn different businesses, cultures, positions, and hiring needs and effectively represent those opportunities in the market. You'll manage multiple searches at once, build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and adjust priorities as client needs evolve.
We're looking for someone who is resourceful, curious, organized, and comfortable figuring things out. Our recruiters may move from a technical search to accounting, sales, operations, or another function, so you need to enjoy learning unfamiliar positions, asking good questions, and turning that information into an effective recruiting strategy.
Urgency and follow-through matter. Candidates and hiring managers shouldn't have to wonder what's happening. You'll need to naturally stay on top of communication, scheduling, follow-ups, ATS updates, and next steps.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with strong recruiting judgment who wants to grow. We want this person to develop into someone who can understand a client's must-haves, evaluate a candidate beyond what's written on a resume, and confidently explain why that candidate should—or shouldn't—move forward.
