Job description

Strategic Talent Partners is a talent strategy firm that partners with organizations to execute hiring initiatives, support strategic workforce projects, and build exceptional teams.

Our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice provides dedicated, embedded recruiting support that operates as an extension of our clients' Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. Engagements range from individual project-based searches to ongoing partnerships supporting multiple positions and hiring priorities.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing RPO practice. This person will work closely with our RPO Project Leader and STP team, with a primary focus on supporting our largest RPO client while also contributing to additional project-based engagements.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role that includes proactive sourcing, applicant review, candidate screening, candidate presentation, interview coordination, and support throughout the hiring process.

Because we operate as an extension of our clients' teams, you'll need to quickly learn different businesses, cultures, positions, and hiring needs and effectively represent those opportunities in the market. You'll manage multiple searches at once, build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and adjust priorities as client needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods
  • Review applicants and evaluate alignment with position requirements and candidate must-haves
  • Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, career goals, compensation, availability, and overall fit
  • Effectively communicate each client's organization, culture, and opportunity to prospective candidates
  • Prepare candidate recommendations highlighting experience, must-haves, alignment, and areas for further exploration
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches
  • Partner with the RPO Project Leader and hiring managers to understand position requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles
  • Adjust sourcing and recruiting strategies based on candidate response, market feedback, and changing client needs
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams
  • Gather interview feedback and drive alignment around next steps
  • Maintain accurate candidate activity, notes, and status within applicable recruiting systems
  • Provide market feedback on compensation, candidate availability, geography, and other factors affecting a search
  • Assist with verbal offers and candidate communication during the final stages of the hiring process as needed
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong proactive sourcing skills, including identifying and engaging passive candidates
  • Experience interviewing and evaluating candidates against defined position requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the broader STP team
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-changing, client-driven environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new industries, organizations, positions, and terminology
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is resourceful, curious, organized, and comfortable figuring things out. Our recruiters may move from a technical search to accounting, sales, operations, or another function, so you need to enjoy learning unfamiliar positions, asking good questions, and turning that information into an effective recruiting strategy.

Urgency and follow-through matter. Candidates and hiring managers shouldn't have to wonder what's happening. You'll need to naturally stay on top of communication, scheduling, follow-ups, ATS updates, and next steps.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone with strong recruiting judgment who wants to grow. We want this person to develop into someone who can understand a client's must-haves, evaluate a candidate beyond what's written on a resume, and confidently explain why that candidate should—or shouldn't—move forward.

What We Offer
  • Collaborative, team-oriented culture
  • Remote-first environment offering flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance
  • Exposure to a variety of clients, industries, functions, and position levels
  • Opportunity to develop beyond sourcing into full-cycle recruiting and client partnership
  • Close partnership and mentorship from experienced recruiting leaders
  • A project-driven environment that values flexibility, ownership, responsiveness, and results
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the continued growth of STP's RPO practice
