ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter for a virtual W2 RPO contract supporting a key client, focused on full-cycle recruitment, candidate experience, and client satisfaction.

You will leverage your sourcing, relationship-building, and process excellence to design role profiles, attract diverse talent, and deliver on talent needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
• Experience recruiting for corporate positions.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nice to have: Associate’s or bachelor's degree.
• Nice to have: Experience with ADT and Powersuite systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment with a focus on candidate experience.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
• Leverage sourcing strategies to create a diverse talent pipeline.
• Provide an exceptional hiring experience and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
