Job summary

TRC, Member of WSP, seeks a Land/Row Representative in Texas to manage right-of-way activities for projects across energy and infrastructure sectors. You will assess property valuations, negotiate easements, secure access, and maintain detailed records and weekly reports while coordinating with landowners, attorneys, and the ROW team.

The role requires a valid TREC license, 5 years of ROW experience, and proficiency in MS Office; travel is required and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in

Qualifications

• TREC License is required.
• Associate's degree preferred or at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Must have valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Research property contacts and initiate outreach to owners.
• Understand and communicate property appraisals and valuations to landowners.
• Secure permission to enter properties from landowners/tenants.
• Negotiate for ROW options, easements, and related documents as directed.
• Maintain detailed diary and weekly activity reports for each property owner and tenant.
• Travel as dictated by job requirements and support project needs.
