Job summary

TRC, Member of WSP, seeks a Land/Row Representative in Georgia to manage property acquisitions, appraisals, and ROW documentation for projects in energy and infrastructure. The role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with landowners, attorneys, and project teams.

You will research owners, secure access, maintain logs, process documentation, and support construction activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or 5 years of relevant ROW experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• SR/WA or other IRWA designation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including spreadsheet and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Research contact information and initiate contact with property owners.
• Understand property appraisals and communicate valuations to landowners.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, fee interest and related documents.
• Maintain a detailed diary and weekly activity reports.
• Support construction activities and coordinate with landowner attorneys.
• Travel as required to field locations and public records.
