Job summary

TRC, Member of WSP, is seeking a Land/Row Representative in Georgia. The Senior ROW professional will handle title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation with independence and solid knowledge of valuation, surveys, and alignments.

Expect rigorous follow-through and collaboration with project teams. Key duties include contacting landowners, negotiating easements, maintaining logs, and supporting construction planning.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a ROW agent or related ROW position.
• Valid driver’s license required; IRWA designation preferred.
• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and negotiating skills.
• Detail oriented with knowledge of land description and ROW terminology.

Responsibilities

• Research contact information and initiate contact with property owners.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, fee interest, and compensation with landowners.
• Maintain detailed diary of property contacts and weekly activity reports.
• Assist in developing construction lines from ROW restrictions and conditions.
• Represent client at community project meetings when required.
• Travel to field locations as dictated by project requirements.
