Job summary

Gray Hawk Land Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Document Specialist to join our in-office team in downtown Houston, TX. The role requires a thorough understanding of ROW projects, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Must understand all phases of a right-of-way project and maintain accurate project status information.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and capable of data entry and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process ROW acquisition easement documents.
• Maintain hard files (easements, deeds, ownership documents).
• Create system line lists and track documents.
• Conduct in-house ROW and title searches as requested.
• Scan documents into client systems and add metadata.
• Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide broad administrative support to users and work well in a team.
