Prism Real Estate Services in the Kansas City metro is seeking a Roving Property Manager to oversee multifamily portfolios and travel between properties. You will manage site operations, supervise maintenance, and ensure occupancy through responsive leasing and resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in property management and multi-family industry experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to regularly travel between different multi-family properties.
• Verification of ability to work in the US (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties as needed.
• Support the varying needs of different communities and teams in a flexible and adaptable manner.
• Oversee maintenance of the grounds, trash container areas, dog stations, and common areas.
• Lead office administration and leasing activities to maintain occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and company policies.
