Job summary
Sunrise Management is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on maintenance across Urban Properties divisions. The role involves travel between Sunrise communities, performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks while supporting onsite teams during staffing gaps and high-volume periods.
You will handle general maintenance tasks, ensure rent-ready units within 3–5 days, and respond promptly to tenant requests, maintaining safety policy adherence and professional
Qualifications
- 1–2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to travel between multiple property locations within assigned region.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance and custodial work.
- Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness across communities.
- Assist with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, recreation areas, offices, and common areas.
- Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy and respond to tenant service requests within 24 hours.
