Job summary

Sunrise Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all facets of property maintenance across multiple sites, including preventative and emergency work. The role requires supervising maintenance staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely completion of tasks while controlling costs.

You will manage painting, repairs, and turnover readiness, maintain safety protocols, and support site management across properties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver''s license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Prepares market-ready apartments within 3–5 days after vacancy (painting, cleaning, repairs).
• Performs preventive maintenance and records findings in the maintenance log.
• Maintains inventory control of tools, equipment and supplies; uses PPE as assigned.
• Trains and supervises maintenance staff and coordinates with management.
• Responds to resident service requests promptly and notifies management of delays.
• Performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Ensures safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
