Job summary

Sunrise Management is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical upkeep of a multi-family portfolio across California sites. You will direct maintenance activities, supervise staff when applicable, schedule work, and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance programs and safety policies.

Responsibilities include preparing market-ready apartments at turnover, responding to resident requests within 24 hours, performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks,

Qualifications

• 2 years of Property Maintenance Experience is required.
• Prior Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is required for this position, as regular travel between multiple sites is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of property maintenance.
• Prepares market-ready apartments within 3–5 days after turnover.
• Maintains inventory control of tools and supplies.
• Responds to resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Ensures safety policies and life/safety programs are followed.
