Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a friendly, proactive Maintenance Technician to rove across properties including Redfield Ridge, Brooktree, Plumas Garden, and more in the Reno area. You will perform maintenance tasks to protect value and maintain a safe living environment for residents.

You'll rotate between sites, with coverage across communities, and must have a valid driver's license for travel between properties. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year certificate or technical school in maintenance or two years related experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance under supervision.
• Handle appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial work as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness; monitor pet stations.
• Assist in pool/spa maintenance, laundry, recreation room, and common areas.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; use PPE as instructed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete tasks within 24 hours.
