Job summary

Sunrise Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - Roving to cover Pine Vista, Vogue Manor, Castilian and Las Palmas. The role supervises maintenance staff, handles preventive maintenance, and ensures timely completion of turnover tasks across properties.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property maintenance and supervisory experience, plus familiarity with Entrata or Appfolio. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with Entrata and/or Appfolio property management software preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.
• Prepares market-ready apartments for turnover within 3 to 5 days after vacated.
• Maintains inventory control of tools and supplies and ensures PPE usage.
• Oversees maintenance staff and coordinates with Site Management on schedules and expenses.
• Responds to resident service requests and on-call emergencies in a timely manner.
• Performs appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool, custodial and carpentry work as needed.
